After moving back to Moraga, she joined Contra Costa Ballet and has cultivated a work ethic and discipline that has helped her in all aspects of life. “Dancing has given me a good work ethic starting from a young age that has translated to skills in the classroom," said Rasmussen.
Although Rasmussen plans to dance professionally and hopes to join a company after high school, her current goals are focused on school, and she is excited to bring a unique view to the journalism class.
